In February 2007, the Authority accredited:
Their accreditation was for a period of 2 years ending on 30 April 2009, and was done through a service level agreement. The Authority subsequently renewed both providers’ accreditation for indefinite period, and signed an amended service level agreement for an indefinite period.
How to become a .za ADR provider?
The Authority has an open call for applications for accreditation as ADR service providers, from suitably qualified persons. Applications for accreditation will be processed in the ordinary course of business. Application requirements are listed in Regulations 37 and 38 of the ADR Regulations.
Applications should be submitted by email to adr at zadna.org.za, by post to .za DNA, Postnet Suite 1, Private Bag X75, Bryanston, 2021, South Africa or by hand to .za DNA, 2nd Floor, The Business Centre, 377 Rivonia Boulevard, corner 12th Avenue, Rivonia, Gauteng, South Africa.
Applications should not exceed 20 pages (excluding attachments) and should adhere to 1.5 spacing and a font of 11. Proposals posted or hand delivered must be accompanied by a soft copy (CD/DVD or memory stick) which will not be returned.
