Call for Public Participation: .za SLD General Policy Review - Shaping the Future of the Internet
[Johannesburg, South Africa, 21 November 2023]: South Africa’s regulator for the .za namespace, the .ZA Domain Name Authority (.ZADNA) - whose mandate is to administer and manage the .za namespace, invites the Internet community and the South African public to provide input and proposals on the prospective review of the .za SLD General Policy.
“This process will consider adjustments to the current cost structure and how domain name registrations and renewals are handled. Participation is not just encouraged; it is crucial in sculpting a future that mirrors the diversity and dynamism of South Africa’s digital sphere”, says Molehe Wesi, CEO of ZADNA.
