Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – 5-Year Contract

.za Domain Name Authority(.zadna) is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organisation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of the regulation, development and sustainability of the .za domain name namespace, while advancing .zadna’s mandate, organisational sustainability, sound governance and public-interest role.

The successful candidate will provide executive leadership across governance, financial management, organisational performance, stakeholder engagement, Internet governance and the continued development of South Africa’s domain name industry.

This position aims to provide financial accounting support for ZADNA and is responsible for preparing reconciliations, managing monthly accounts, supporting compliance and audits, and strengthening internal financial controls through policy development and reporting.
